FOR ALLSTATE AGENCIES
Insurance leads for Allstate agents.
Add a direct conversation.
Give your home insurance team another way to meet interested homeowners. Homefield runs agency-approved email campaigns and delivers exclusive replies with the full conversation, ready for your team to work.
FIT YOUR EXISTING LEAD MIX
Compare the starting point, not just the lead price.
An Allstate agency may already use referrals, search inquiries, or purchased leads. Before adding another source, identify what is missing: home insurance interest, usable conversation context, or opportunities that match the team’s staffed hours and quoting process.
The Allstate Lead Marketplace website describes a multiple-vendor platform offering internet leads and live call transfers, among other services (as of September 2026). That is a description of the marketplace’s products, not a finding that every listing has the same sharing rules or suitability for your agency.
Homefield is an independent provider, not affiliated with or endorsed by Allstate or Allstate Lead Marketplace. This page does not imply approved-vendor status, marketplace participation, or eligibility for carrier funding.
THREE DIFFERENT HANDOFFS
Give each lead format the right workflow.
- A web inquiry: review what the consumer submitted, the product requested, and the source’s permitted contact process. Confirm the sharing terms of that particular product.
- A live call: have an appropriate team member available for the conversation and understand what makes the call billable.
- A Homefield email reply: read the homeowner’s words and answer the actual request before moving into your quoting workflow.
Homefield generates qualified home insurance replies through managed email. It does not deliver live transfers. The full thread makes the original outreach and the homeowner’s response visible, so a producer can continue the conversation with context. Explore the Homefield insurance lead service.
EXCLUSIVE TO YOUR AGENCY
Your email. Your interested reply.
Homefield sends using the agency identity and copy you approve. When a homeowner responds with qualifying interest, the reply goes only to your agency. Homefield does not share or resell the lead. Exclusivity does not prevent that homeowner from contacting other agencies independently.
Outreach can use an estimated renewal window derived from a home’s closing anniversary. This is a timing model, not access to the homeowner’s actual policy data. Ask the homeowner to confirm when their policy renews before planning a quote around a specific date.
Replies and campaign analytics are available in the dashboard, and your agent stays CC’d on emails. Confirm carrier marketing requirements through your agency’s normal review process before approving a campaign.
KEEP OWNERSHIP CLEAR
Fit email replies into the team’s day.
If one producer is handling incoming calls, assign a separate owner or scheduled review periods for email conversations. Provide a backup for absences and a visible status so two staff members do not send conflicting replies.
Make the first task small: read the thread, answer the request, and record the next action. Then collect any remaining quote information through the agency’s approved process. The email follow-up guide shows how to continue the conversation without assuming that an interested reply is a completed application.
PLAN THE TEST
60 leads minimum. A rate tied to monthly volume.
- 60–99 leads: $35 each.
- 100–199 leads: $30 each.
- 200+ leads: $25 each.
The starting monthly commitment is 60 leads and $2,100. Compare that commitment with the people and time available to work the replies. Review pricing and the cost-per-policy calculation using your own conversion assumptions; projected outcomes are not performance guarantees.
ASSESS THE ADDITION
Keep the new source visible in your results.
Track Homefield email replies as their own source instead of merging them with web leads or calls. Compare completed quotes, written policies, unresolved opportunities, and spend over similar observation periods. Use the same conversion-rate definitions across sources. Record carrier fit and missed follow-up separately from the provider’s qualification rules.
Use the lead tracking workflow to see whether the added channel is producing workable conversations. Bring your current lead mix, staffing plan, and service area to a demo to review fit before choosing volume.
