INSIDE THE DASHBOARD

What’s inside your insurance lead dashboard.

Your Homefield dashboard is the workspace behind the campaign we run for your agency. It holds the homeowner conversations, the records behind them, and the numbers that show how the campaign is moving. Here is what each area is for, using the same illustrative data as the preview above.

01 /

Reply inbox.

Every qualified homeowner reply lands here with its complete email thread.

02 /

Lead records.

Behind each reply is a lead record: the homeowner’s name, the replying email address, the property address, estimated home value, the timing signal, and the verbatim thread. A phone number may be included where available. The sample record shows what qualifies as a lead, field by field.

03 /

Campaign analytics.

Follow emails sent, replies received, and qualified leads, with qualified replies over time, in the same workspace as the conversations. Pair the numbers with the insurance lead tracking guide to follow each reply to a written policy.

04 /

AI auto-replies.

Turn on AI auto-replies when you want help keeping email conversations moving. The agent is copied on every email, including automated ones. See how to scope them.

05 /

Protected territory.

Your agency is assigned ZIP codes during onboarding, typically 100–500, subject to availability. While your account is active and in good standing, Homefield does not run home insurance campaigns for another agency in them, and replies are Exclusive to your agency. This exclusivity covers the Homefield network; it does not prevent homeowners from shopping elsewhere. Plan your protected territory before onboarding.

06 /

Team delivery.

We qualify each reply and deliver the record within minutes. The same record also reaches your inbox, Slack, and CRM, so nobody has to watch the dashboard all day. See how it fits your tools.

The dashboard is where a homeowner’s reply becomes your agency’s next conversation. For what happens before the reply, see how home insurance leads for agents are generated from renewal-timed email.

YOUR TOOLS

The dashboard fits the tools you already use.

You don’t have to move your agency into a new system to work Homefield leads. The dashboard is one place to see everything, and each qualified reply also reaches the tools your team already checks.

01 /

Your inbox.

The agent is CC’d on every email, so each conversation is already in the agent’s regular inbox. Qualified replies and lead records are also delivered by email, and the thread stays in one place when your team answers.

02 /

Slack.

Qualified replies are also delivered to Slack, so the person on point sees a new homeowner request in the channel your office already watches, without opening another tab.

03 /

Your CRM.

Lead records are delivered to your CRM through a webhook within minutes. If your CRM accepts webhooks, the record can arrive there without anyone retyping the homeowner’s details.

Whichever tool your team lives in, decide who owns each thread. One owner per conversation keeps a homeowner from getting two answers, or none.

AI AUTO-REPLIES

AI auto-replies, on your terms.

AI auto-replies are optional and follow instructions your agency sets. They acknowledge the homeowner’s reply and help arrange next steps; coverage, pricing, and quoting stay with your licensed team, and your agent is copied on every email.

Give the auto-reply a narrow job. A good one thanks the homeowner, confirms the request arrived, and asks for a good time to talk. It should not recommend coverage, quote a price, or suggest that a policy can be written. The sample in the preview above is labeled as an illustrative reply for that reason: it acknowledges Dana’s question and proposes a call, and nothing more.

For the full workflow, including which replies to keep away from automation, read the AI auto-reply guide. When a person takes over, start from email templates your team can adapt.

PLATFORM COST

What the insurance lead platform costs.

There is no platform fee. The lead platform and campaign service come with every plan, so the dashboard, the managed sending, and the analytics are not billed separately. You pay per qualified lead.

Starter: $35 per lead for 60–99 exclusive leads per month. Elite Growth: $30 per lead for 100–199. Scale: $25 per lead for 200+. 60-lead monthly minimum, starting at $2,100/month. No contract. Month-to-month.

Sending an email, receiving a bounce, or receiving a decline does not create a billable lead. We bill twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th, in advance for qualified leads in the upcoming billing period (approximately two weeks). For plan details and cost per written policy, see the pricing page.

FOR YOUR AGENCY

Built for how agency teams work.

Homefield is built for home insurance agencies, including independent agencies, captive agents, and P&C offices. In many offices the owner approves the campaign and watches the numbers, while a licensed team member works the replies. The dashboard supports that split: the numbers and the conversations sit in one workspace, and the agent stays copied on every email either way.

Before the first reply arrives, decide three things: who answers new homeowner replies, how quickly, and where the outcome gets recorded. The emails go out in your approved agency identity, and you approve the full sequence word for word before anything sends, so the homeowner is already expecting to hear from your office.

Check your carrier marketing requirements before approving outreach. The overview of insurance leads for agents explains how the program works whether your office is captive or independent.

LAUNCH

From onboarding to your first reply.

On day 0 you choose your ZIPs and approve your sender identity, copy, and targeting. Over days 1–14 Homefield prepares dedicated sending domains and the homeowner audience, and your emails go out on day 15. First qualified replies typically begin around day 21, arriving in your dashboard as they are qualified; timing and volume are not promised. See the full 21-day timeline.

New to buying leads? Set up ownership before your first campaign, so the first replies have someone ready to answer them.

DATA & PRIVACY

What the dashboard shows, and what it doesn’t.

Everything in a lead record comes from two places: property information and the homeowner’s own reply. Here is where the lines are.

How homeowner information is collected and used is covered in the privacy policy and the terms of service.

QUESTIONS

Questions about the Homefield dashboard.

Short answers about the dashboard itself. How the dashboard and your inbox work together and every other buying question are in the full Homefield FAQ.

Is there a separate fee for the Homefield dashboard?

No. There is no platform fee: the dashboard and the managed campaign come with every plan, and you pay per qualified lead at $35, $30, or $25 depending on monthly volume, with a 60-lead monthly minimum starting at $2,100/month. See plans and billing.

Do I have to work out of the dashboard, or can my team stay in our own inbox?

Either works. The agent is CC’d on every email, so each conversation is already in your regular inbox, and qualified replies and lead records are also delivered to email, Slack, and your CRM through a webhook. The dashboard adds the reply inbox, campaign analytics, and the AI auto-reply setting in one place.

What does a lead record in the dashboard include?

The homeowner’s name, the replying email address, the property address, estimated home value, the timing signal, and the verbatim email thread. A phone number may be included where available; phone numbers are supplemental and are not represented as DNC-screened. See every field in a sample lead.

Is the timing signal in the dashboard the homeowner’s actual renewal date?

No. It is a modeled window estimated from the home’s public-record closing anniversary, not a confirmed policy expiration date or access to carrier records, and the homeowner’s interested reply is what makes the lead qualified. Read how renewal timing is estimated.

Does an AI auto-reply send emails without my agency seeing them?

No. AI auto-replies run only when your agency turns the setting on in the dashboard, and the agent is copied on every email, including automated replies. Keep the auto-reply to acknowledging the homeowner and arranging a next step; coverage, pricing, and quoting stay with your licensed team.

How quickly do qualified replies reach the dashboard?

Homefield qualifies each reply and delivers the record within minutes to the dashboard and to your connected email, Slack, and CRM. For a new campaign, first qualified replies typically begin around day 21; timing and volume are not promised. See the 21-day timeline.

What if a lead in my dashboard shouldn’t have been billed?

Report a disputed lead within 7 days of delivery. Verified invalid leads are credited or removed. See how billing and disputes work.

Is the interactive preview on this page real customer data?

No. Every name, figure, and interface detail in the preview is illustrative, and the AI auto-reply toggle does not send email or change any live setting. Read how Homefield labels sample leads.
