QUOTEWIZARD ALTERNATIVES FOR INSURANCE AGENTS
Looking for QuoteWizard alternatives for your home insurance agency? Homefield turns personal email outreach into exclusive homeowner replies, with clear lead pricing and one dashboard for the conversation.
THE SHORT ANSWER
You want approved outreach in your agency’s name, exclusive written replies, and an agent who stays copied on every email.
If you need live transfers, immediate call volume, or standalone auto leads, evaluate those exact products and their terms. See how live transfers compare with email replies.
Set a lead cap and assign a follow-up owner. Judge the channel on actual quoting and policy outcomes, not the invoice alone.
HOMEFIELD VS. QUOTEWIZARD
QuoteWizard describes home quote forms and WizardCalls live transfers. Homefield is a managed email channel. The useful comparison is what the homeowner has done before the lead reaches your team, and what your team needs to do next.
This guide is published by Homefield, one of the providers discussed. It uses the linked public product information, reviewed September 2026. It is not an independent ranking or a report of hands-on competitor testing. Provider terms change. Confirm current pricing, exclusivity, and return policies with each provider before you buy. No provider is endorsed as the best for every agency. About Homefield.

WHAT QUALIFIES
A homeowner in your territory replies to your agency’s email asking for a home insurance quote, coverage comparison, pricing, or a follow-up conversation. Bounces, auto-replies, opt-outs, duplicates, wrong contacts, out-of-territory replies, and declines are not billed.
Hi, our home insurance renews October 18th. We’d be open to another quote to see if we can save. What information do you need?
— Dana
You receive the conversation and property context, rather than an email address on its own. Confirm the homeowner’s timing and use your approved process to collect the information needed for a quote.
The agent is CC’d on every email. Manage replies, view campaign analytics, and set AI auto-replies in the Homefield dashboard.

Your qualified replies are not shared or resold. While your account is active and in good standing, Homefield does not run home insurance campaigns for another agency in your assigned ZIP codes. Homeowners can still independently shop with other agents.
We use the home’s public-record closing anniversary to model a potential renewal window, then aim to email 30–45 days before it. This is an estimate, not a confirmed policy expiration date or access to carrier records. A mid-term rewrite or carrier change can move the actual renewal.
Approve the sender identity, copy, and audience before launch; examples of insurance email templates your agency approves show what that review covers. Homefield handles the email campaign; your agency handles quoting and follow-up. Review the email responsibilities.
PLANNING THE INVESTMENT
HYPOTHETICAL PLANNING EXAMPLE
This is an illustration, not a customer case study or a measured Homefield result. It uses the Scale plan: 200 leads at $25 each and a 12% assumed lead-to-policy close rate. The $25 rate applies to 200+ leads per month.
Actual results vary. This measures lead spend only and excludes producer time, taxes, and other agency costs. At 6% conversion, the same lead spend would cost $416.67 per policy; at 18%, $138.89. No volume, conversion rate, or savings is promised.
Calculate with your own assumptions ↗See lead pricing and billing details. Compare a competitor’s actual quote with your own outcome assumptions; the illustration does not establish which provider will cost less. Before you choose a tier, set an insurance lead budget around the replies your team can answer each month.
QUESTIONS
Yes. This guide uses the brand’s spelling, QuoteWizard. It compares that provider’s published home insurance offerings with Homefield’s email-generated replies.
A web lead delivered by email and a lead generated by a homeowner’s email reply are different formats. Ask to see the original inquiry or conversation and confirm how interest was qualified.
Homefield does not provide live transfers. If your producers need immediate phone conversations, evaluate a provider that offers that product. Homefield can be evaluated as an additional email channel.
Use a defined trial budget and keep sources separate in your records. Compare written policies from similarly aged groups of leads. Plan a controlled transition.
No. Homefield is independent. Competitor names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the services being compared.
